Terms of Use & Community Standards

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, posting content or otherwise using LoyeBazar, you agree to these Terms of Use and Community Standards.

2. Account responsibility

Provide accurate account information, protect your password and do not impersonate another person or use an account for fraud or abuse.

3. Marketplace purpose

LoyeBazar helps users discover and advertise vehicles, property, jobs, goods and services. LoyeBazar is not automatically a party to transactions between users.

4. User-generated content

You are responsible for listings, descriptions, messages, images, voice notes, files and other content you submit. Content must be lawful, accurate and appropriate for a marketplace.

5. Zero tolerance and prohibited content

LoyeBazar has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Harassment, threats, hate or discrimination, sexual or exploitative content, violence, illegal goods or services, fraud, scams, impersonation, spam, malware, stolen goods, deliberately misleading listings and infringement of another person’s rights are prohibited.

6. Messaging and conduct

Use in-app chat respectfully and for legitimate marketplace communication. Harassment, threats, repeated unwanted messages, abusive language and attempts to defraud users are not allowed.

7. Reporting and blocking

Users can report objectionable listings, conversations and behavior and can block abusive users. Blocking is intended to stop unwanted interaction and hide applicable content from the blocking user’s experience.

8. Moderation and enforcement

LoyeBazar reviews reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior and acts within 24 hours when action is required. We may remove content and warn, restrict, suspend or permanently eject users who violate these standards.

9. Listings and transactions

Listings must be truthful. Users are responsible for independently checking items, prices, ownership, identity and transaction details before completing a deal.

10. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the LoyeBazar Privacy Policy. Do not publish unnecessary sensitive personal information.

11. Account deactivation and deletion

Users may temporarily deactivate an account or permanently delete it from Security. Permanent deletion removes associated account data and user-generated content except limited information that must be retained for lawful security, fraud-prevention, dispute or legal obligations.
